Talks were suppose to fail……

The U.S./Israel insistence on continuing the war makes inevitable: recessions and runaway inflation, rolling power blackouts, crop failures and mass hunger, deaths from lack of heating and cooking fuel, all impacting poorer countries first and hardest. While Iran would like to allow oil through to friendly and neutral countries, the constant bombardment, and current U.S. naval blockade, make that difficult to impossible. Because the U.S. and Israel are both nuclear armed and willing to use them to destroy Iran as a nation, Iran cannot defend itself by military means alone. (If Iran had nuclear weapons there would be no war.) The integration of the global economic supply chains and dependence on fossil fuels make controlling the Strait Iran’s most effective weapon. While the U.S. embargo of Cuba, meant to seize control of its economy, is an illegal act of war and violation of human rights, Iran’s economic warfare is necessary for self-defense and a proportional response to unprovoked attack.
