The Impact of Stopping the Search: If an out-of-work person stops actively looking for a job—whether due to exhausting benefits or other reasons—they exit the active labor force and are no longer counted in the standard unemployment rate. What is the REAL unemployment number in the United States? No one knows, and the government doesn't care.
"at what cost"... "and the Uyghurs massacre.."... really can't understand how yet China lose time yet answering this stupid argues. Are debunked long ago. Non sense continue to answer the same stupid questions everyday since a decade. create one website, edit pdf's to download, put all the info within and any time one of the stupid people that ask this simply paste them a link, and said them go to read. Dot.
Sometimes the cost is worth it. Like when China's open AI is going cheep and the tech bros realize they can't circular finance forever.... Definitely worth it.
The indigenous and the African slaves were the mode of production of these lands for centuries. ADOS (American Descendants of Slavery), have been asking who built America for a long time and we believe and know our ancestor did.
Slave labor built this countries foundation, long before most immigrants set foot in this land and the ones that did were only white Europeans. They reaped the rewards of this nation prosperity for centuries and today old money reign this nation.
Colonialism morphed into capitalism the perfect extraction tool and has continually mutated into any exploitative means necessary for the “ruling class”.
What will it take for the United States to reach the "tipping point", when this badly built economic house of cards collapses. Some say it is already here, but where is the evidence for this?
People continue to struggle to keep their heads above the water line while daily life worsens for the working classes. Some in the professional working class, many of whom are economically in the upper middle income level, are now also worrying about their future, and what the future will be like for their children. They continue to work and go about their daily business as if everything is OK, but each month it becomes harder to maintain this idea that everything will go back to "normal" once Trump is gone and to ignore the dark truth that underlies this perception. And the truth is that there has been a fundamental shift in the global economy and that the actions of United States government, under the Trump administration, through it's reckless economic and political acts are accelerating this shift, away from whatever hegemony the U.S. still has, and towards the eastern and southern hemispheres. When will enough of the people of the United States recognize the reality of this situation, come together, demand fundamental change from the government and refuse to take no for an answer?
Will it be necessary for a full scale revolution to take place? And what would that look like?
