I’ve always been curious-Why do so many evangelicals in the U.S. support Israel so hard, especially during this war? I kept hearing different answers online, so I decided to dig in and do some research.Put it all together.
You might agree, you might not. But I think a lot of Americans already know this,
and for my Chinese audience or folks overseas, maybe this is new.

They say they love Israel. But what they really love is the end of the world.
Ask most American evangelicals why they support Israel, and the answer sounds simple.
Because the Bible says so.
Genesis 12:3. “I will bless those who bless you.” That’s the verse they quote. To them, “you” means Israel. And blessing Israel isn’t about diplomacy. It’s about making sure God blesses them back.
It’s a deal. Support Israel. Get on God’s good side.
